A well-specified expandable home in 20ft or 40ft, built from hot-galvanized steel and insulated panels.
Specifications
- Structure: 3 mm hot-galvanized steel; 2.5 mm galvanized columns
- Floor: 18 mm plywood (fiber cement board optional), 1.6 mm PVC flooring, galvanized base
- Walls: 50 mm EPS sandwich panel; rock wool or glass wool optional; pearl white standard
- Roof: 0.4 mm galvanized steel with 100 mm glass wool insulation (thicker or PU optional)
- Doors & windows: aluminum main door 1500 × 2170 mm; PVC windows (aluminum optional)
- Electrical: CE / SAA standard with distribution box, lights, switches and sockets
